Due to the nature of this service, we do not offer refunds once a booking has been made. By completing payment you are agreeing to these terms.
If you are unable to provide access to your Meta Ads Manager directly, we will work with screenshots and screen recordings instead. Full instructions for this will be provided in your onboarding email — you don't need to do anything until you hear from us.
If we have not received access or screenshots within 14 days of payment, despite our attempts to contact you, we reserve the right to close the booking without a refund.
In the unlikely event that we find no issues with your ads or store, we will tell you that honestly and explain why. In this case, a full refund will be considered at our discretion.
